more exercise ... tired now

Today I got out and managed to run about 20 minutes but had a hard time of it today. Then I took Kay's kids to the YMCA where we swam for a while. I did about a quarter mile of laps while they played around in the lane with me and then we did some other goofing around in the pool for a bit before going to dinner. Kay was at something called a "beauty control party" so I hope that she got her beauty under control before it got too far out of hand. So it was a decent day exercise wise ... but I'm tired now.

LOL! I just went to a Beauty Control party on Friday night. For, the price of this stuff, I will opt to keep my beauty uncontrolled.

I do feel better ... or did. Wait, now it's another day and I've gotta do it again (waaaah).

Funny stuff about the beauty control isn't it red? I don't think that she bought anything either.
